Owen P. Lalor received his Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Economics from St. Louis University, received his Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School and his Master of Business Administration from Owen Graduate School of Management in 1978. Mr. Lalor also completed the Program on Negotiation, an Inter-University Consortium of Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Tufts University. Throughout his 40 years of practice, Owen has worn the hats of attorney and entrepreneur, and served as CEO, COO and CFO of several technology companies. Mr. Lalor has also served as director of several private corporations.
F. Hall Bailey is a native of Grenada, Mississippi. Mr. Bailey earned his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Mississippi. He has been practicing law in Jackson since 1982. Mr. Bailey has extensive civil litigation experience in state and federal courts, including both trial and appellate courts. Mr. Bailey has been listed in “Best Lawyers in America” in the fields of Insurance Law, Personal Injury Litigation – Defense and Workers’ Compensation for over ten years. He has also been named a Mid-South Super Lawyer in the fields of Insurance Coverage and Business Litigation. Mr. Bailey litigates in the areas of commercial law, general liability, personal injury, insurance/bad faith claims, business disputes, estate and probate matters and workers compensation. Mr. Bailey has achieved an AV-rating in the Martindale Hubbell Law Directory.
Heather M. Aby grew up in South Mississippi where she attended the University of Southern Mississippi, receiving her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration. Ms. Aby received her law degree from Mississippi College School of Law in 2002 in Jackson, Mississippi. While at MC Law, Ms. Aby earned American Jurisprudence Awards in Employment Discrimination and Secured Transactions.
