F. Hall Bailey is a native of Grenada, Mississippi. Mr. Bailey earned his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Mississippi. He has been practicing law in Jackson since 1982. Mr. Bailey has extensive civil litigation experience in state and federal courts, including both trial and appellate courts.
Mr. Bailey has been listed in “Best Lawyers in America” in the fields of Insurance Law, Personal Injury Litigation – Defense and Workers’ Compensation for over ten years. He has also been named a Mid-South Super Lawyer in the fields of Insurance Coverage and Business Litigation. Mr. Bailey litigates in the areas of commercial law, general liability, personal injury, insurance/bad faith claims, business disputes, estate and probate matters and workers compensation. Mr. Bailey has achieved an AV-rating in the Martindale Hubbell Law Directory.
Mr. Bailey has held several positions in Mississippi’s legal community throughout career to include President of the Young Lawyers Division of the Mississippi Bar, President of Jackson Young Lawyers, two terms as a member of the Board of Commissioners of the Mississippi Bar and a member of the Board of Directors for the Hinds County Bar Association. Mr. Bailey previously received the Exceptional Service Award by the Mississippi Pro Bono Project and has participated in the Leadership Jackson program. Mr. Bailey is a Fellow of the Mississippi Bar Foundation and a Fellow of the Young Lawyers Division of the Mississippi Bar. He is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
