Heather M. Aby grew up in South Mississippi where she attended the University of Southern Mississippi, receiving her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration. Ms. Aby received her law degree from Mississippi College School of Law in 2002 in Jackson, Mississippi. While at MC Law, Ms. Aby earned American Jurisprudence Awards in Employment Discrimination and Secured Transactions.
Ms. Aby is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell Law Directory. The AV rating is the highest rating granted to attorneys under the Martindale Hubbell system. This rating indicated the attorney’s peers rank them to be practicing law at the highest levels of excellence.
